Student Violations-Consequences and Notifications

First Violation - A verbal and written notice will be issued to the student. The student will lose Internet access privileges for a period of one week from the date of the violation. A copy of the notice will be sent home for the parents of the student to review and sign. This notice needs to be returned to the school.

Second Violation - A verbal and written notice will be issued to the student. The student will lose Internet access privileges for a period of one month from the date of the violation. A copy of the notice will be sent home for the parents of the student to review and sign. This notice needs to be returned to the school.

Third Violation - A verbal and written notice will be issued to the student. The student will lose Internet access privileges for the remainder for the school year. A copy of the notice will be sent home for the parents to review and sign. This notice needs to be returned to the school.

Student Agreement and Parent Permission Form

After reading the Net Use Rules and Responsibilities, please complete this form to indicate that you agree with the terms and conditions outlines. The signatures of both the student and parent/guardian are mandatory before access may be granted to the Internet. This document, which incorporates the Internet Use Procedure, reflects the entire agreement and understanding of all parties.
