CLOTHING
Overshoes, hats, coats, gloves, or some type of extra clothing
should be worn on the playground when the weather is stormy,
snowy, rainy, and wet. The playground gets muddy and wet
at these times. This policy helps to keep the children warm,
dry and clean, as well as the classrooms. Wet overshoes will
be kept outside on the patio on the shoe rack.
Moderate sun-dresses, tank tops, and fingertip-length shorts
will be allowed on the hotter days of school from May 1 to
October 15. Snow pants are needed for certain games. Tube
tops and half shirts will not be allowed. Boys may also wear
fish-net shirts on hotter days.
