The goal of this site is to encourage kids to read and write through
the use of electronic communications. It is a safe, challenging, educational
web site. Kids can read book reviews written by other children and see
their own submissions published! It also provides links to reading/writing

Children's Literature Web Guide
Librarian David K. Brown gathers and categorizes Internet resources related
to books for children and adults. Some of its resources include teaching
ideas for children's books, children's book awards, authors on the Web,
stories on the Web, and reader's theater, just to mention a few.

This site provides information on collections of books and activities
about different subjects, curriculum areas, and themes. It provides reviews
for books for kids and how to use them in the classroom. It has an extensive
table of contents which makes it easy to find resources.
